Why Me for Raymond State Representative?
Well. If if I told you I can solve the Gulf Oil Spill, The Illegal Immigration Issue, Huge Federal and state Deficits, and make you a millionaire in my first 2 months in office, then I would be seriously misleading you. The first three are National Issues and the fourth is an outright lie and I just won't go there. I am a candidate for State Representative and I am focused on state issues.
One thing I can promise the voters of Raymond is that I will work as hard as any legislator ever has, I will listen more than talk, and I will represent ALL the voters of Raymond with a goal of making your quality of life better, your financial security better, and your life more secure.
On September 14, 2010, we will have six Republican choices on the primary ballot. Three of us will be elected to move-on to the general election in November. I sincerely appreciate your making my name one of your three choices.

My career required nearly full time travel for over 35 years and I have been simply unable to run for office until now.
In my experience, the most simple description of a "Conservative" is a person whose basic driving force is to fend for themself, for example a farmer who simply has to do nearly everything; while a "Liberal" is a person who needs for a higher degree of government services, for example an inner city resident who simply cannot do everything for himself or herself. And, with human nature, there are unlimited variations of ideas and values within those categories.
My values make me a conservative. But, I listen to opposing arguments with respect.
New Hampshire is at a turning point. Before going over the edge we have to cut back on spending AND reduce some of the new job-killing fees and taxes, increase jobs by creating a growth friendly environment, and still find a way to meet our constitutional and moral obligations.
We have some extremely difficult choices to make in the coming legislative session and I am prepared to help make those decisions.
